Topics live in lib/automindz/support-topics.ts — edit that per client, or pass a topics array. Give a topic an href to send the user somewhere, onSelect to hand off to your own flow (Intercom, a route), or onSubmit to collect a message in place. Defaults to a fixed bottom-right launcher; use placement="inline" to embed it in a help page.
Variations
one state per section
Topic picker
The launcher and the two enabled topics. Picking one calls onSelect and closes — hand off to your own flow, a route, or a chat tool.
Message step
Pass onSubmit and the chosen topic opens a compact form: awaited send, back arrow to the topics, then a terminal confirmation instead of a live form.
Send failed
A rejected submit keeps the message in the box and shows why at the foot of the panel. Nothing to retype, nothing dismissed for you.
Every topic, one gated
All four config entries enabled, with priority support blocked: the row stays, explains itself in place of its description, and cannot be clicked.
